Rey can't cover your condition if:

You have already or are currently receiving/submitting a claim for disability and/or critical illness benefits.
ou have been diagnosed or have symptoms of certain diseases, such as cancer, hepatitis, diabetic, heart disease, stroke, or kidney disease.
You have been hospitalized for more than 5 days or have had surgery for an illness which there is no full recovery within the last 12 months.
You have had repeated treatments besides for common illnesses.
You are going for medical consultation, treatment, or investigation for certain chronic diseases.
Your BMI score is below 16 or above 34.
