Exclusion

The Complete Care benefit doesn't apply to Exceptional cases, including but not limited to:

Pre-Existing Condition

All conditions, including symptoms and diagnoses, that existed before the Waiting Period ended.

Regarding Intentional Actions

Any illness/injury resulting from intentional actions, such as purposely self-harm.

Related to Criminal or Illegal Acts

Any illness/injury resulting from unlawful acts, such as crime or terrorism.
